- When the marketing of your home begins, I will immediately notify all the buyers that are relying on me to help find their home. I will also notify all the other Realtors in the area in which your home is located, and they will tell all of their buyers. It is a powerful way to jump-start the sale of your home!

- Buyers have their own timelines, which might not be yours! I will make sure they don’t waste your time by pre-approving buyers, so only those who are serious and qualified are viewing your home.

- Contracts are complicated and intimidating. You don’t want to enter into negotiations or go to a closing with doubts!
