A “Listing Presentation” is an industry term for the formal presentation that a Realtor makes to prospective home sellers, trying to earn their trust and business. Don’t list your home with a Realtor based on the price they think you should list at! Listen to the price but determine your market price based on the statistics they share with you. You set the price. Choose the agent based on the marketing and the services they guarantee you in writing and only sign a listing contract with an agent that guarantees their services.
